Overseas shoppers using generic forwarding services frequently suffer from three major issues:
First, unreduced packaging causing inflated volumetric weight. Domestic sellers pack items in large cartons filled with excessive air pillows and cardboard. Forwarders who simply stuff these original cartons into a larger master carton leave senders paying 50% to 70% in unnecessary volumetric freight charges (Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000);
Second, lack of unpackaged inspection. Generic warehouses only weigh parcels on arrival. Defective products, missing items, or wrong colors are only discovered after the parcel arrives in Australia weeks later, long after return windows have closed;
Third, careless mixing of restricted goods causing customs seizure. Inexperienced agents bundle sensitive food or batteries with regular cargo, risking border seizure and confiscation of entire shipments.
Our Nanjing hub provides high-standard consolidation services for every shipment:
1. **Exclusive China Warehouse Address & 30 Days Free Storage**: Senders receive a unique Nanjing warehouse address with a personal member ID, consolidating orders from Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, and 1688 over 30 free storage days;
2. **100% Unpacking Inspection with HD Photos**: Every package is opened upon arrival, inspected for physical condition, accurately weighed, and photographed, allowing immediate domestic returns if sellers sent the wrong item;
3. **Outer Box Removal & Deadweight Elimination**: Warehouse staff strip away redundant courier cartons, shoeboxes, and filler materials, shedding 20% to 40% in deadweight;
4. **Industrial Vacuum Compression Saving up to 70% Volume**: For seasonal clothing, winter coats, bedding, and plush toys, high-powered industrial vacuum equipment removes trapped air and heat-seals pouches, slashing volumetric weight by 50% to 70%;
5. **Heavy-Duty Master Carton Packing**: Consolidated parcels are packed into 5-ply reinforced corrugated cartons wrapped in waterproof stretch film and strapped with tension bands for maximum transit protection.
